Megan brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and leadership, with a thoughtful, people-first approach to building teams, processes, and scalable structure. She has led all aspects of cross-functional teams, with a focus on operational excellence, relationship management, and creating systems that support long-term growth.

Her background includes contract management for a large pharmacy chain across Southwest Washington and Oregon, as well as serving as Director of Operations for a claim’s reconciliation company supporting both retail and long-term care environments. Megan is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex workflows while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and values the balance between strategic leadership and meaningful personal connections.
